jogging jogging and jogging..
and last week i jogging until i entered hospital..
stil remember that day i woke up at 7am..
jog to stadium with kathy and lai ann..
half way,
my stomach felt very pain..
i thought was toilet that kind of stomach pain so i continued jog..
after a while,
level of pain increased dramatically..
i stopped and i went to toilet...
sat on the toilet bowl but no output..
i just sat there seeing my hand shaking and sweat all over my body..
i felt uncomfortable that time and pain until i bite my own finger..
this is the 1st time i felt so pain..
its even more pain than my shoulder dislocated that time..
after 20 mins
i walked of the toilet and lied on a bench..
lai ann was there to jaga me..
she kind of worried and sked that time..
we wanted to go hospital but no one to call and we didn't bring hp wif us..
i cant rmb any of my frend's hp num oso...
at this time,
an guy angel came..
he know me and i know him.. (not that close)
in the end he helped me called my HERO ----> Kenneth...
Kenneth was sleeping that time..
but then he straight away speed to stadium to drive me to hospital serdang..
yee siong also kena woke up by kenneth's call...
so 3 ppl teman me go hosp...
when i reached hosp,
all the pain gone..
but still i need to see the doc..
the doctor asked me to take sum urea test..
and that time...
i found out that i act having period..
OMG...
urea test sumhow bcom blood test d..
haha...
so im not sure wats the cause of my pain even after i see the doc..
the doc just said
'i suspect nothing serious so you can go home and rest..'
so my hospital journey ended...
specially thankz to lai ann, yee siong, kenneth and the angel that i dun really noe his name..
thankz alot..
without one of you all that day,
i might just pain til i reach heaven..
actually i like to jogging alone and i used to jogging alone..
but yet thank god that i was not alone that day...

ah sum mui mui, let ah nee give you some advice.
ah sum mui mui must do warm up before go jogging, ok? as warm as possible.
This is because, our intestine muscles are not warmed up in the morning. if you go exercise, then it will have cramps and will be very super painful.
then ah sum mui mui will pain until hands tremble and sweat also. some people can pengsan because of the pain.
so ah sum mui mui can try maybe drink warm water when u wake, then walk around then warm up, then only go run, ok?
and, when you are in pain, dun gan cheong. when you gan cheong, if will be more pain because lagi cramp. so you dun gancheong, you rest and breathe deeply, and you pray, ok?
when your brain sense that you are calm down then your intestine will not so cramp de. this is true but i cannot explain here lah, very long de.
so next time if ah sum mui mui have pain already, must rest. a little pain already must rest, then only continue if u want when u no pain liao,ok?
if little bit pain u go run then u will end up having so so so much pain somemore kena jab because want take ur blood.

wow.. such a professional advice.. study bio really diff from study physic lah.. haha.. anyway.. thankz for ur comment.. i thought it will be ok coz i used to have tis kind of life style since f1.. so din really tink of that.. but looks like now is diff from last time.. so have to be extra b careful.. bt i did tried to calm down during tat time.. and pray.. haha.. ah nee jie jie, i will guai guai follow ur steps next time.. but i hope there wont be any more next time.. hehe..
